This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity

open my frame 

add the image to them 

you can also add my papers I did

now using your magic wand

click the inside of the frame

now lets add another layer

press ok

now lets open an paper from the kit

using the

materials-background-foreground-patterns-find the paper

press ok

now floodfill it in on the new raster layer that you just did

now let s go a head an add the tube under the frame 

now the same for the other side

now add some elements

I had the mask that I put in the kit 

and the trellis add some roses to it  and 

a vine 

i add the chess pierce

add the butterfly up top of the trellis 

add your copyrights

add your name

save as an png
