Scrap Kit by Myst Designs

mask of your choice

font of your choice

Frame by PolkaDot Scraps

1 tube of your choice

I'm using Zindy Nelson

you can grab her work 

at her shop

now lets get started

OPEN PSP NEW IMAGE 600X600 FLOOD FILL WHITE
COPY AND PASTE FRAME 3 RESIZE 
AS NEW LAYER
WITH MAGIC WAND CLICK INSIDE 
SELECTIONS MODIFY BY 5

using your magic wand click the inside of the frame go 

up to layers add new lets press ok now floodfill 

it with an papers of your choice

by going to Materials-background-foreground-patterns-paper or image

now lets add the tube 

I add the her under the frame the dulpicate her 

then on the bottom tube 

go to layers prop. change blend mode

to Exculusion change the mode to about 

35 %

now on the other tube 

change her blend mode to Luminaces

now add another tube on the top layer

mirror her and take your eraser tool and erase 

anything you want to 

now I add the bird house with the ice coming off of it

you can add anything else you wanted

now add your copyrights

add your name

save as an png
