Help me Light It Up Blue For Autism!!

for this tut you need the following
Tyger
called Light It Up Blue
3 tubes of your choice
I'm using Tony Tzanoukakis
from PTE
Template from Ali

Bev's Mask #18
ok you ready
ok first open up Ali's Template
and some of Tygers papers
press Shift plus D and make an copy of the template
then close hers
ok now we are going to be flood filling the template
first lets go to
Materials-background-foreground-patterns-find your papers
now using your floodfilling tool lets flood fill the 1st layer of the template
now do those steps for the rest of the template
now lets add the 1st tube I used Alice for the circle on the template
put her under the circle frame now taking your eraser tool
erase anything outside of the frame
now lets add your 2nd tube you may have to resize it just a bit
now this time I used Snowwhite put her in the rectangle.
now again take your eraser tool and erase anything at all
out of your frame
now lets add your last tube to the small circle
I used Jasimie (cant spell this morning)
again erase anything outside of the frame
you may have to resize your tube but its totally
up to you.
now lets add some elements
1st lets add element 1 behind everything
now make an copy of it and mirror it then flip it
go up to adjust down mirror then go back to adjust
down to flip
now lets add the some more
on the big circle frame
I add 3 flowers all different sizes
then on the rectangle frame add an small flower on the upper
left side
now add an tearbear with the lightblub
now lets do the mask's layers
open up the Bev's Mask #18
we going to do this twice
now on one of the blue papers
go up to layers down to New Mask Layer
from image find Bev's Mask press ok
merge group copy merge
paste under everything on your tag
now on another paper
do it again
this time resize it by 89% 1 time
merge group copy merge
put it on top of the
other mask layer
now add your copyrights
your name
