PEN PSP NEW IMAGE 600X600 FLOOD FILL WHITE
COPY AND PASTE FRAME  RESIZE 
AS NEW LAYER
WITH MAGIC WAND CLICK INSIDE 
SELECTIONS MODIFY BY 5

using your magic wand click the inside of the frame go 

up to layers add new lets press ok now floodfill 

it with an papers of your choice

by going to Materials-background-foreground-patterns-paper or image

now add the 2nd frame over the paper but under the 1st frame

now lets add the tube 

I add an close up version 1st then add an plug in effect to it 

VM -Stardust 

now add the normal size tube in front of it 

if you need to take the eraser tool and erase part of that need to be erase

now lets add some elements

I add the blue flower then made an copy then mirror it

add some leaves behind it 

add the wordart of your choice

at the bottom 

add an slight blue gradniet glow to it 

add the VM-Stardust to it too

add the butterflys over the tube and under the frame

now add your copyrights

add your name

save as an png
