New Tut-Moments

hey ya I got another tut using Jessica's Kits

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity

with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.

open Jessica's frame

and 1 of her papers

now using your magic wand

click the inside of the frame

now lets add another layer

press ok

now lets open an paper from the kit

using the

materials-background-foreground-patterns-find the paper

press ok

now floodfill it in on the new raster layer that you just did

now the same way you did that add the picture that is

in the tut supplies

and change the blend mode on it

the way you think it looks best

I did hard light

at 100%

now lets add an close up of the tube that you are using

see my tag for how it should look

then I dulpicate that tube and move the copy above it all and

took my eraser tool and erase parts that is above the frame

but the top part

now add any elements

add your copyrights

and name

save as an png
