New Tut-Springie

for this tut you need the following

1 tube by Keith Garvey

and my scrap kit Springie

Mask of choice

an circle mask works best

PSP

ok 1st lets open the string frame

in the PSP

now using your magic wand

click the inside of the circle

now lets add another layer

press ok

now lets open an paper from the kit

using the

materials-background-foreground-patterns-find the paper

press ok

now floodfill it in on the new raster layer that you just did

now lets add an close up of the tube that you are using

I add the hanging plant under my close up tube

now on the top frame

lets add some flowers and some leaves

see my tag for where

now lets you front tube infront of it all

now lets add the mask

under it all

now lets add your copyrights

and your name

save as an png
