now lets get started

OPEN PSP NEW IMAGE 600X600 FLOOD FILL WHITE
COPY AND PASTE FRAME 3 RESIZE 
AS NEW LAYER
WITH MAGIC WAND CLICK INSIDE 
SELECTIONS MODIFY BY 5

using your magic wand click the inside of the frame go 

up to layers add new lets press ok now floodfill 

it with an papers of your choice

by going to Materials-background-foreground-patterns-paper or image

now lets add the tube 

now copy her

now on the bottom tube

go up to layers down to 

prop. change blend mode

to Exclusion

about 44%

then go to layers down to 

prop. change the 

blend mode to 

lumiance about 66 %

ok now lets add some elements

behind your tubes lets 

add the heaven stairway

now change the blend mode for that

to lumiance or just play around 

with the differnent blend modes until your happy

with it .

now open the flower circle I provide

or you can do it with her flowers

now open up the dove resize it until your happy

now open the feather do the same as above 

and the halo I recolored mine but its up to you

add your name 

add your copyrights

save as an png
