COPY AND PASTE FRAME 3 RESIZE
AS NEW LAYER
WITH MAGIC WAND CLICK INSIDE
SELECTIONS MODIFY BY 5
AS NEW LAYER
WITH MAGIC WAND CLICK INSIDE
SELECTIONS MODIFY BY 5
using your magic wand click the inside of the frame go
up to layers add new lets press ok now floodfill
it with an papers of your choice
by going to Materials-background-foreground-patterns-paper or image
now add the image
Duplicate this layer 2 times
, rename the layers 1 & 2, On layer 1, go to Effects,
plugins, VM Extravaganza, Ray Transmission and use the following setting 81,
100, 18
plugins, VM Extravaganza, Ray Transmission and use the following setting 81,
100, 18
on the 2nd layer change the 81 to 15
on the 3rd layer change it back to 81
now lets go a an add the clounds
I put 2 the change thier blend mode
to bout 66%
now open her wordart
place it on the bottom of the frame
I added an Gradinet Glow 4 to it
thin
now add your copyrights
name
if your not going to AS with me then pls
save as an png
now!
hide your white background and 3 layers
now merge the rest of it
now hide that
now unhide the white background layer
and the 1st layer
now copy merge
take that to AS
paste as an new frame
back to PSP
hide what you just took
unhide the 2nd layer
copy merge paste after frame 1
back to PSP
hide 2nd layer
unhide the 3rd
copy merge
take to AS
paste after 2nd frame
on your first frame
press CTRL+A
right click it change the frame
prop. to about 55%
now back to PSP
hide ur 3rd layer and white background layer
unhide the merge layer
copy merge
take that to AS
paste as an new image
copy it until u have 3 frames
now press
CTRL+A+C
take it to your image
and Press
CTRL+A+E
place it right over your image
now right click it click
view animation
if your happy save as an gif
if not then play around with the
frame prop.
