for this tut you need the following

Cluster frame by Urban fairy

using Artmama's kit

I also use one if ArtMama's brushes

I got it when I did an tut of hers

so if you go there you can use that one 

or another brush its up to you

this one was saved into my psp files

and an 2nd brush that must come with the psp problem

its called distressed 

1 tube of your choice

I'm using Anna Marine

now if your ready pls do the following

open up the frame press shift +D close the oringal

now using your magic wand link inside of the frame 

when you see the marching ants 

add an new raster layer

now I flood fill my paper 

but pls do it the best way you know how

heres how I do it 

Materials-background-foreground-patterns-find your papers

now using your floodfilling tool lets flood fill the 1st layer of the frame

now add the tube under the frame but over the paper

then I made an copy of her and move it above the frame

take the eraser tool an erase the bits and pieces of the tubes

both bottom and top

now once thats done

add your copyrights

add your name 

now find your brush tool

go up to where you can find the diff kind of brushes

find the one you want 

place it where you want it 

I used black for mine

now go back to it all the brushes

find the distressed

just go around the frame with it 

now thats it
