VM Natural-spralke

OPEN PSP NEW IMAGE 600X600 FLOOD FILL WHITE
COPY AND PASTE FRAME 3 RESIZE 
AS NEW LAYER
WITH MAGIC WAND CLICK INSIDE 
SELECTIONS MODIFY BY 5

using your magic wand click the inside of the frame go 

up to layers add new lets press ok now floodfill 

it with an papers of your choice

by going to Materials-background-foreground-patterns-paper or image

now lets add the tube 

now if there is anything 

hanging on the frame 

take your eraser tool 

and erase it

now make a copy of her and move her

at the top of frame

now erase the bottom half.

now lets add some elements

I add fansty moon under the frame

I added the lights under the frame but

over the paper

now add the bells then add the bow over it

I sharpen mine

now add the chest in front

the bottle on top

add your copyrights and name

save as png if your not going to AS

now if your going to AS

now go to effects down to Plug ins

go to VM Natural

add Sparkles 

now copy merge

take that to AS

paste as an new animation 

go back to PSP

undo last action

redo the sparkles but 

change the radom speed

now take that to AS

paste after frame 1

go back to PSP

undo that one

redo it

then take that to AS

paste after 2nd frame

now you should have 3 frames 

if you want you can copy 

the 1st frame and put it behind the 3rd frame

now one the 1st frame 

press CTRL+A

now right click it 

change the speed to 

about 77 

if your not happy with that then change 

the speed to what ever your happy with

remember in AS low is fast

and high is slow

now save as an gif
